Meriam Ziyadeh is a Canadian self-published Amazon author who is a transfer student working towards majoring in education. Meriam started writing poetry at the age of 14 as she progressed into performing at Wali Shah's poetry contest and ultimately hosting a few open mics. Her poetry is purely inspired by her own experiences and is written with pure and raw emotion that is cathartic.
