All HCC students are invited to the open mic Thursday, February 6, at 2 pm at the Katy Campus. Bring your poems, spoken word, and short pieces to perform and share. We'll also help you submit your work to Vocable for this semester's issue!

Join the Creative Writing Club at 2 pm on Tuesdays for our weekly meetings. Not only do we plan cool events, but we play writing games and write to prompts. Those who wish to also share their creative work. Attend twice and you're a member!
You can attend in person at Katy or the West Houston Institute. Not able to make it in the flesh? We've got you! These meetings are hybrid. In other words, you can attend online via Teams from anywhere at the same time we're meeting in person. Find the link to attend on our club's homepage. Remember you must sign in with your HCC student email address to attend.
